What happens on the demo?
Thirty minutes on a video call with the founder. You tell us how your restaurant takes bookings, you ring Hannah as a guest would, and you leave with a plan for your lines and your booking system.
Who should come?
Whoever looks after bookings: the owner, the general manager or the reservations lead. One person is plenty.
Do we have to change our booking system?
We connect Hannah to the booking system you already run during setup, and if your provider charges for the connection, we pay it. Every booking she takes is written straight in, and your team is told.
What does it cost?
£299 a site, a month, with nothing metered, and the first month is free for up to two sites. Groups of three or more sites can agree a lower price per site with us.
Is there any commitment after the demo?
None. If you want to go ahead, we send you an agreement to read. If not, that is the end of it.
Can we try Hannah before the demo?

How quickly could we be live?
Most restaurants are live within a week of saying yes. We set Hannah up with your menu, hours and tone, test her with you, and you divert your number when you are happy.
